Refund Policy

If a paid MoneyHackWise product isn't right for you, email us within 30 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full. No questions asked, no conditions, no forms to fill in.

What this covers

Every paid product sold by MoneyHackWise — the spreadsheet templates, the template bundle, and the ebooks. It applies whether you bought directly from this site or through a store we sell on.

How to request a refund

Email info@moneyhackwise.com from the address you used to buy, or use the contact form, and say which product you bought. You don't need to explain why. We aim to reply within two business days, and refunds go back to your original payment method — usually within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

If you bought through a marketplace or checkout provider, the refund is processed through that provider, so the money returns by the same route it came in. Tell us and we'll arrange it; you don't need to chase them yourself.

You keep the file

These are digital downloads, so we can't take a file back and we won't ask you to delete it or prove you have. We'd rather trust you than make a refund awkward. We do ask that you don't keep redistributing a product you've been refunded for.

Your statutory rights

Buyers in the EU and UK normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a purchase, which is usually waived for digital content delivered immediately. Our 30-day guarantee is longer and less conditional than that right, and nothing here limits any consumer protection you're entitled to by law.

Try before you buy

You don't have to take a chance at all. The free lite templates and every calculator on this site are free and need no account, so you can see how we build things before spending anything.

Chargebacks

Please email us before opening a dispute with your bank. A refund from us is faster than a chargeback and costs you nothing — we have never refused one.
